10 min spiro

15 min gradual warmup to LBP heart rate

4 x 3:00 on 250w

4 x 2:00 on 275w

Then:

5 Bodyweight Deadlifts (185) on the minute for 10:00

    I would love to see an update on how your experiences with ithlete are going. Do you think it has predicted value and would you recommended it at this point?

    I haven't been bale to use for a few days but should be up and running tomorrow (phone issue)

    I would say it is as accurate or more than other other tool of this type that I have ever tried.

    I feel it accurately recommends what I should do.

    Often it tells me I should train and I dont really feel like it ... I have been trying to follow it as long as my life permits. Many of the days I don't feel like it my workouts actually go quite well.

    As soon as I get phone issue figured out I will post another screen shot.

  3. Coolio. Interesting for you to say that it often says train when you don't feel like it and then you have great workouts. My worry with it was that it will be too conservative on advising rest but this seems not to be the case. Can wait to see more of your experiences. Pete and I have been "broing down" about this a bunch lately since I happened across this Restwise product which used an SP02 meter and some "secret" formulas.
